Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Lillidale. We appreciate the fact that you believe in our products and want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you are exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. 

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Lillidale. By placing an order on our website or making a purchase during an event where Lillidale participates in, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Lillidale’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lillidale.sg. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Upon receiving your package and passed our inspection, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and update the refund in your account. 

Incorrect or damaged items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@lillidale.sg if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect your item(s) at our office in Singapore. You will be notified by us if your request for refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is damaged.
